My name is Crystal Antell. My journey is one deeply rooted in personal loss, transformative healing, and the unwavering pursuit of helping others find their path to recovery and empowerment. The loss of my husband, TJ, was a turning point that led me down a path of profound self-discovery and growth, shaping me into the healer I am today.

This academic pursuit was more than just an educational endeavor; it was a lifeline that helped me understand the intricate tapestry of human emotions and the healing process. It equipped me with the tools to empathize deeply with those undergoing psychological stress and trauma.
• Mastery in Usui Reiki: My certification as a Usui Reiki Master opened a new dimension in my practice. This ancient form of energy work is a gentle yet powerful tool, allowing me to foster a sense of balance and tranquility in those I work with. It's a practice where I channel peace and restoration, touching lives without the need for words.
• Quantum Healing through QHHT®: Under the tutelage of Dolores Cannon, achieving Level Two certification in QHHT® enabled me to guide others through their own transformative journeys. This technique is not just about exploring past lives; it's a gateway to understanding and healing the soul's deep-seated pains and joys.
• Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching: This certification was a natural progression in my journey, enabling me to assist others in finding clarity and resilience amidst life’s ebbs and flows. It's about empowering others to live in the present, embracing each moment with mindfulness and grace.
